  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment. No processing on weekends or holidays.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3 –10 business days. Customs and remote locations may require additional time.

  • A tracking number will be sent by email once your order has been shipped.

  • Customs & Duties

  • Customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes.

  • Failed Deliveries

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in additional reshipping fees.

  • TechShed is not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund policy below.

Refund Method

Approved returns are refunded as a non-expiring digital gift card that can be used for future purchases in our store. We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to bank accounts, credit cards, or other payment methods.

Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, store credit will be issued within 7 business days if the return meets our eligibility requirements.

Non-Eligible Returns

The following items are not eligible for refunds or store credit:

  • Items returned after the 7-day return period.

  • Items that are not in their original, returnable condition.

  • Shipping costs and taxes paid on the original order.
